Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

hello, I was seeing someone and i agreed to have them take out 2 credit cards in my name and add me as authorized user on account 2 years ago. We have stopped seeing eachother but still talking and trying to work threw things. I checked my credit report told me i had a new account opened up in my name. He went ahead and got 3 more credit cards in my name and then sent me the pictures of them and told me surprise. He has used them and racked them up to over 5k. I have not had psychical possession of any credit card in me name that he took out.I asked him to stop using any credit cards in my name and cancel cards and he still uses them. what can i do?
