Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
if i got caught driving a stolen vehicle without a license and all i had to do was pay a fine for damages with probation and community service what is that considered? i never pleaded guilty to anything nor did i plead not guilty.

It sounds like you got what is called "pre-trial probation" (or "diversion").
