if you are accused of a crime but not brought to court does it go on your record?

You should retain an attorney to determine if you are being actually charged with a crime by the Commonwealth.

Accusations are usually part of the business records of the place where the accusations are recorded. Unless an application for a complaint is made, it should not be part of one's CORI.

The process by which criminal charges are officially lodged against you is the arraignment, which requires that you go to court. If there has been no arraignment, there should be no charges on your record.
