Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

If a client lies to their attorney, and the attorney later found out the client lied...isn't the attorney then morally obligated not to represent? Can an opposing party bring this up in another case against client/atty- and try and get atty recused from case?

The attorney can decide whether he or she still wishes to represent a client. If you feel you have legal grounds to challenge an attorney/client relationship you can have your lawyer raise them with the court.
