Can the DA make me testify against my boyfreind in a DV case, even though I requested for the case to be drop?

Unless you have a 5th amendment right or some other right, the ADA can summons you to court to testify. My suggestion is to talk with his lawyer.

Spouses have a privilege not to testify against one another. However, you must already be married at the time of the trial.

Based on your ZIP code I see that the case might be in the Roxbury Court -- I practice in that court extensively. Unless the case is extremely severe or resulted in injuries, the Victim Advocates or the ADAs who work there may be understanding of your request not to go forward on the case.
