Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
end of federal supervised release
my date to end my supervised release is this week but my probation officer says my case will not be closed till he closes/files my papper work and i recieve a letter of termination which will not be for another week or two,but my sentence of probation is offically on papper says this week?when am i offically done?

Technically, your probation officer should have this done on the scheduled date, and not leave you hanging.
