Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

False Prescriptions

i was visited by the state police and they told me that the pharmacist where i get my rx's filled a rx for vicodan es in my name and the pharmacist says he handed me the script. this is an untruth. i did not get a rx also he said that i tried to pick on up in someone else's name. the scary thing is i know these peoples names, and am a felon. i told them i had no idea what they were talking about, but they insist the pharmacist says it was me. i told them i had been going there for years, and yes they know me, but i found it hard to believe that they said they they put this rx in my hand. so they said they would put me in a photo line up. i said that wouldn't work for i knew them and certainly they could pick me out. they said they would investigate more i agreed. could someone be using my name at my pharmacy and they be ocnfusing me? i am baffeled. i am afraid because they read me my fights they said for their own protection. i did not get arrested. what should oi do. I have a p.o. who wont be happy about this. any in put

Re: False Prescriptions

Get a lawyer & stop speaking to the cops. Did you get copies of documents & names?
