Does the commonwealth of Massachusetts recognize felony convictions from another state?

What do you mean by recognize? If the DA's office knows that someone lived out of state--they would run a Triple I (interstate) record on the person. But if there were no clues (registry of motor vehicle certification, out of state address listed in police report etc.)that would enable them to find out that a person lived elsewhere then they would not know about the out of state conviction.
