I want to know how to file for a civil suit against the police for false arrest which lead to personal and public damages

If you don't know how to do this already, your safest bet would be to consult directly with a lawyer, since there is no way to adequately explain everything you need to know in this forum. I don't know the specifics of your case, but one thing you should bear in mind is that the courts will give the police a certain amount of latitude to perform their duties, even if that leads in some instances to a false arrest. In other words, if the police reasonably and honestly thought in your case that there was a legitimate reason to arrest you, then your odds of winning any kind of lawsuit against them for false arrest is slim to nonexistent. In my opinion, the only way you can expect to win such a case is if you can establish to the court's satisfaction that the police arrested you, but knew that there was no legitimate basis to do so.
