Gun possession
Lets say 3 people were in a car. One person driving, one in the passenger seat, and other person in the back seat behind the passenger seat. The person in the back seat is the owner of the car. The car was pulled over and under the feet of the car owner who was in the back was a sawed of shotgun. If the driver admits that it is his gun what will be the other two people in the car face.

Let's say the passenger was facing the windshield and the car owner was facing the back of the driver's head.
