Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Is a pre-trial conference open to the public? Who is allowed to attend? I have one scheduled for late September and was just wondering who would be present, outside of the prosecutor, judge, myself and my lawyer.

Yes its open to the public-a PTC is where the ADA and your Attorney discuss the case.

Actually, to clarify Attorny Biondo's answer, the pretrial conference itself occurs in private between your attorney and the district attorney. The results of the pretrial conference are then reported later that day to the judge in open court, where anyone may be present to hear that information.
