Gross behavior

a supervisor at my work place has a foul mouth, i have reported him in the past, and was told it would stop, i came into work today and was told by a fellow employee that said boss told this employee when the employee asked what he was supposed to be doing today ''your my bitch'' you'll do whatever i want. in the past he has referred to one of the female supervisors as ''a fucking cunt'' i am really tired of this guy, he's a jerk and he continues this behavior, he won't say anything to me because i have reported him in the past, but this makes for a very stressful work situation and i'm not happy with it, what can i do???

Report the conduct, in writing, to human resourses or to his supervisor. If no action you may file with the MCAD (MAss. Commission Against Discrimination.
