i have a 51a on me for neglect of my 17 year old daughter who will not come home, and staying with friends. She refuses to come back home but i can't put a chins on her because the law says shes over 17. What do i do next? i do foster care and their having a meeting whether to take the three foster children I have back or not. Will I lose the children because of this law?
