hello me and my ex have 2 children together boy 14 girl 16 i have paid support all the time now my daughter has chosen to live with me and my son stood with his mother we have joint custody and she has physical custody i am going to court to vacate the current child support order and grant me physical custody of my daughter. do i still have to pay support to her? also both had stayed with me the whole summer while she was still getting support.

As long as there is a court order directing you to pay child support to her-yes you have to pay.
