if a so called father (not yet proven to be) files for a dna can the mother reject the dna test due to the fact he is deemed unfit

The short answer is: NO.
Fatherhood is separate from other issues. The DNA testing speaks for itself. Its value is determined by the Court, if the father brings this there.
