Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Child Support and DAYCARE after a child Enters school

My son entered a private catholic kindergarten when my ex wife moved to Massachussetts. i was not ordered to contribute to the tuition since I did not consent to the admission. now that summer vacation is approaching I was wondering if my original order to contribute to 45% of the daycare now applies to a program he will need to be in durin summer vacation when his mom is at work. Thanks.

Your question makes me wonder whether or not there were orders entered at the time your wife left with your son for Massachusetts - whether the move was contemplated by both of you? As to the Catholic school, you sound as though you have no objection especially as you don't have to pay. I don't see any reason why you should be entitled to a change in the orders that apparently were set originally, that is, 45% of the daycare costs. That surely would include summer camps, programs which provide an opportunity for your wife to work to earn her living.
