custody case to be switched for one state to another

how can i get my custody case appealed in MA. when the case was decided in MD. and where can i get an attorney probono to help me with this?

Child custody is a state law matter. So if you had custody decided in MD and you want to challenge that ruling, you must bring it up with the MD court of appeals. MA will not hear a MD case.
