There is no bar to visitation based on the size of a home, just as there is no law requiring a certain amount of square footage to have children.

There is no law saying how many bedrooms you have to have in order to spend time with your children, unless there is a current court order stating that your daughter may not stay overnight with you in your 1 bedroom apartment.
