Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Delayed child support and property settlement

Divorce granted 20 years ago while wife was out of state. Does back child support normally include interest payments too.

The home was not included in the 20-year old divorce action. Can I get the property value at today's rates, especially considering the ex-husband's deceit during the divorce's court process.

Thank you

BJ
