Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

On our divorce agreement, we agreed to split all cost on our pet (who lives with me and our son). I go on vacation and now with his new job he travels and can't take her. I now have to kennel her next month and he is telling me he will not pay 1/2. I s he liable for 1/2 the kennel bill of $198? I have no family here and his will not help us.

Probably not. Vacations are discretionary. If he had to be kenneled due to surgery or illness, then yes. But not due to your vacation, unless vacations were specifically stated in the agreement.
