Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My divorce agreement says that my ex has to cove my health insurance. he just re-married and called to let me know that as of oct 3 rd I am no longer covered since he got married?? can he do that?>

The divorce agreement usually states that he is obligated to keep you on "so long as you are eligible." If this is your wording then most providers will not allow you to have 2 wife's on the policy so yes termination would be acceptable. If it just says he has to cover you then he may be liable to have to obtain coverage for you.
