Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

If my Divorce decree modification request is judged to be not in my favor, do I have any appeal options? The divorce judge I have has consistently been biased towards my spouse. How do I request a change in divorce judge on my case? What are the odds of success?

Thank You

Appeals are available, but family court judges have a lot of discretion and their decisions are generally upheld unless there was a significant error. And the chances of getting another judge are slim to none. The courts generally don't allow the parties to pick judges unless the judge has a conflict or engages in misconduct.
