I would suggest that you first focus on seeking your divorce and your property division and other relief, if any. His re-marriage is null and void, if you have not been divorced. Bigamy is a criminal charge, not relief that you seek for yourself. The emotional satisfaction of seeing him prosecuted will not resolve your own status, which should be your first concern.
