Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have been divorced 3 years. I have joint legal custody and full physical custody. My ex has no visitation or contact per our agreement- we agreed to follow therapists recommendation. My twins are 15 years old and ex now filed to get visitation. Are they old enough to decide they want no visitation or contact and the Court will honor that?

If your childrens' therapist will support their position it is more likely the court will support both their decision and the therapists recommendation.

If visitation is ordered, I would seek Supervised Visitation only.
