Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

exchange of visitations

Getting a bit scared with my ex he entered my house last week by my oldest son letting him in and threatened me with court if I would not talk to him. So I talked to him and all he did was yell at me in my home. I don't go outside my home anymore because he shouts at me outside and now he is doing it my home. Where do I go now?

You need to go to Court and get a restraining order. You should also engage an attorney. Please feel free to contact me or any attorney here for a consultation.
