Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

i filed a presentment letter. a chapter 258 section 4 at the attorney general's office one year ago. nov.3/2010. my response was that my issue is before the court for resolution. i have not heard from the court, any court for anything to do with the presentment letter. is there a statute if limitations on how long they (courts) can withhold an answer to me. no one seems to know which court is looking at this matter. how do i go about finding out?

Joseph Murray Joseph M. Murray, Esq.

A presentment letter is like a demand letter and is only the first step in preserving your right to file a claim, in the appropriate court, if necessary.

You should consider retaining an attorney to review all correspondence in this matter and advise you what your next step should be.

Good luck!
