How do I find out if my wife filled for divorce if I am in MA and she is in TN

She has to serve you at your last known address. You both need to have lived in TN for a certain period of time for TN to have jurisdiction.

Normally, divorces are filed in the Probate and Family Court in which the parties lived as a married couple or where one of the two live currently. So contact the TN court for the county she currently lives in.

If you are unable to contact the Tennessee Court as sugested by Attorney Roth you should file for divorce in Massachusetts and serve her. If she has obtained a divorce in another state, she would probably answer your complaint for divorce by stating that you are already divorced.
