guardianship
What are my parental rights now that my parents have permant guardianship of my 3 children. They recentlly put my 8 year old son on Adderal and did so without telling me or including me in the decision. I found out a month after the fact through my son pulling out a plastic baggie on an overnight visit. I am strongly against this decision so I would like to know my rights.

You do not have any rights. These ended when they acquired guardianship. If you want rights, you have to ask the court.

Your rights, if any, are set forth in the decree of guardianship. As a general rule, however, whether you agreed to this guardianship or it was put in place in a contested process, you have no right to be included in any decisions. Guardianship means that the parental rights and obligations have been transferred from the parent to the guardian.
