Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My ex husband and I are not agreeing on who should drive our daughter to and from day camp when she is in his custody for 2 weeks this summer. He lives in NH and has to find a day camp that I find suitable. He has to be at work for 6a and told me that he will have his girlfriend drive our daughter to and pick up from the Boys and Girls Club. I don't want her to and am totally against her doing so. Will the Judge side with me if I bring this up in Court?

Unless there is a legitimate reason why the other party is not qualified to drive an automobile, this is a matter the courts will not get involved in; similar to using a taxi service, train, bus or plane, operated by a non-parent.
