Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
My husband and I were married in MA and are going to mediation next month to write up our separation agree and file. Once we see the judge and he signs off, how long is the waiting period before it's legal? Thank you.

It will depend if you have children or not. Assuming no children 90 days.
