Increase in Child Support

If both parties agree and the person who wants to report his increase in wages to adjust the child support to conform to the state guidlines, be done wihtout going to court? Can his attorney send it in to the courts to adjust it to avoid all those court fees.....

if both parties agree on the new amount they can file a Joint Petition for Modification of Child Support Judgment with the court.

There are no filing fees, and there is a form for a joint petition to amend support by agreement.
