leaving the country

hi im a 16 year old mother planing on going to see her family in portugal.me and the father arent together and havent been never married.we both do not agree on the same things and i know hes gona make it hard on me to be able to see my family that i havent seen in 5 years.Where we buy the tickets since im a minor my dad has to sign a paper agreing that i can leave the contry with out him in front of the person that is gaving us the tickets but since i have full custudy i dont know if her father has to sign it there or we might just need a paper from the curt.Please let me know what i am supossed to do in order to take my dughter with me.

If you are taking a minor, you need the father's signature. It also depends on what the birth certificate says. Otherwise, you may be forced to seek the court's involvement.
