Legal rights to have someone move out
If a women moves in with her boyfriend and then they have two children together and he owns the home and pays the bills, can he force her to move out?

He can, but he better go for custody of the children. Otherwise, his opponents, including the court, will use it against him that he is also "evicting" his own children.
