Lien on property for child support payments

What is the procedure for attaching a lien on an

ex-husbands property for back child support

payments? Can this be done and does he need

to be notified ahead of time?

The easiest way is to request the Department of Revenue to collect the money for you. Otherwise, you can file a contempt in court and seek an attachment. Yes, he should be notified.
