Locating
I am trying to serve my ex-boyfriend papers for a complaint of modification for child support. He recently moved to a different address in CT,and I know the street address, but he refuses to give me his apartment number. How do I go about getting the apartment number to be able to serve the papers?

I would suggest simply discussing this with the Connecticut process server, who should be able to get that information. Most process servers are fairly well connected with police and other services.
