i was married in mass about 14 years ago i have not ben with this woman in 12 years. i moved to another state about 11 years ago she said we were divorced now she is saying we are not divorced i am remarried and want to fix this problem

You need to confirm that you were divorced on MA by going to the appropriate court and finding the Judgment of Divorce. If you cannot find the Judgment, then you need to file for divorce.
