Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My parents are divorced and there is no restraining order. My brother is at my dads and i am at my moms. If i call my fathers home phone, does he legally have to give it to my brother if i ask for him? (My brother and I are both minors)

He technically does not have to do that. However, that issue can be addressed through a court order. In other words, a judge can order him to do it going forward, and then if he doesn't comply, he'll have to answer to the court.
