I received a subpoena today to appear at a trial between my fiance and his ex-wife by her attorney. Will she be paying my lost wages for this?

Under the terms of the subpoenas the person who served it on you should have paid you $7.00 as a witness fee. That is all you are entitled to receive in terms of compensation unless you are testifying as an expert.
