I live in MA and I ex-wife and children used to live in DE. My ex and I shared legal custody and she was granted physical custody. She was also granted the right to remove the children from MA and relocate them to DE. Nowshe hs moved to MD, does she have to ask the court for permission to move or can shejust move whereever she wants to?
