Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I did not show up for a child support modification hearing and my ex husband was granted everything he has asked for even though he has been unemployed, not paying our health insurance and not using his visitation for 4 years.

Very little good happens when one side fails to appear in court. You may want to speak with an attorney if there was a reason why you missed court and see if the hearing can be reopened.
