My son father cancels all the time. He doesn't follow our agreement by court order does he have the right to have unsupervised visits even though I never agreed to it until he could prove he could be a dad. But he has emotionally abused and physical abused and mentally abused my daughter

If the Court ordered unsupervised visitation, you have to comply with the Court Order. Otherwise, you would be held in contempt of Court. If on the other hand the Court did not order unsupervised visitation, you do not have to grant one to the father. If the father wants unsupervised visitation, he must file for modification of the Order. Also, if the Court did order unsupervised visitation, but you do think that this is safe for the child, you must go back to Court and file for modification of the Order.
