Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have a Temporary guardianship Agreement here to take care of my grandson. The mother signed it and we had it notorized. Now she has left this state without telling me and took the boy. I had no knowledge. Do I have rights to get the boy back?

No. A guardianship agreement is revocable by the parent unless it is approved by a judge.
