My wife left the state with my children bout a year and a half ago. We are still legally married and didnt have permision and I didnt know she was taking them.Is there anything I can do legally. I havent seen them in that time now Im gunna have to pay back support.I dont think thats fair to me I now I should be paying. But if I cant see them dont think thats right

After18 months in another state the other stateis now the home state of the childrn. All custody & visitation issues will be addressed in the other state. You need to ask your questions of a lawyer in the other state.
