Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Wife and I resided in MA, bought a timeshare in Florida.

The timeshare was paid in full at closing.

Wife and I divorced, and I verbally agreed she could keep

the timeshare. A few months after the divorce, she passed.

My name was not removed from the title. I attempted to

give it back to the resort (refused) and threatened to use a

a quitclaim deed (will refuse). I donated it to a charity, but

the resort insisted on probate and will not transfer.

The divorce was not amicable, and I am neither executor or

beneficiary. No will(?) was probated that I know of.

Any suggestions appreciated, thank you.

the property is to be divided or owned under the terms of the divorce agreement. Have somebody review this.
