Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My wife will divorce me. We married on April 2009. Before she filed the form on April 13th 2015, she was enrolled as a medical resident in Duke University on March 15th 2015. My wife did not work since July 2012 and she lived on my compensation and health insurance. Now I am unemployed. Can I ask for health insurance and alimony in my case?

You can ask for it. But whether you're likely to get it depends on a number of factors. You should get a consultation before filing anything.
