Legal Question in Medical Leave in Massachusetts

My Employer tells me that me that my FMLA does not cover meetings with the school.My son is autistic and the meeting was called for placement and IEP reasons

You should consult the Mass. Small Necessities Act. I don't have the cite off the top of my head, but if you Google it, you should be able to locate it. The act, if it applies to your employer, likely will help you.
