Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

I was arrested two years ago on felony possesion charges as result of a drug raid. i honestly had no idea any of this was goin on because i only spent the night. the charges were subsequently dropped . but now the arrest is still on my record and i was in the process of trying to become a corrections officer. but obviously cannot be hired due to the arrest. is there any way to petition the arrest, or expunge the record?????
