Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Clearing a Judgement

We have been trying to pay off a judgement so we can procede to buy our new house. We have tried to contact the plaintiff with the phone number and address thats on the court paper to no avail. We asked the court it was filed at and they said contact TRW credit bureau. We had no luck there. The real estate broker, the mortgage company and their attorney could not locate the plaintiff either. What do we do if we can not locate the plaintiff to pay off this judgement? If we do not pay this of or have it dismissed, we will not be able to buy our new home. We have been trying for 60 days to clear this matter and now we are at a dead end. What can we do? We have been living in Virginia since 1994 and this was filed in 1995 in Massachusetts. HELP!!
