Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Dog Law
An neighboring lumber yard contracts out for guard dogs that bark excessively. I have approached the lumber yard owner and the guard dog company without resolution. Who is responsible if I want to persue it legally and can you direct me to information where I can review my rights and recourse? Are there specific laws pertaining to security dogs?

You could consider retaining an attorney to determine whether you could bring a suit for nuisance.
