Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Have a Judgement need help with Lawyer

In 2002 I was ripped off by a used car dealer, and sought a lawyer to help reimburse my lost money. In 2006 I won a large judgement of aprox. $150,000, because the other party didn't show to court and the judge trippled damages. After that judgement was given my lawyer said we were gonna seek property to attach. The guy was sneaky and sold most of his property for $1.00 to his mother. It also seems he moved to Florida. I have been calling and calling my lawyer for almost a year he never returns my calls. I went to his office numerous times and he wasn't there. Finally I tracked him down in mid December at his office. He said his wife had been ill, and she happened to be his secretary too. He said he had knee problems. I told him I had been doing my own research, and I had found a potential property in Flordia, also I told him that I found out that he had other property attached by other civil suits in FL. He took the information and said he would look into it, since then again he has gone missing. This is alot of money and he is not doing anything. I want to know what I can do so I can try to retrieve my money. I believe he has property in FL. Can the property he sold in Massachusetts for a $1. to his mom be taken? New Lawyer?
